Turnkey
fit-out
With a turnkey contract you work with a single partner for the whole interior. We coordinate design, production and installation as one programme, so quality, cost and schedule stay under one roof and one responsibility from the first survey to the day we hand over the keys.
Arviprojects was founded in 2019 by two architects and runs its own manufacturing facility in Bursa. That combination is what makes turnkey work: the people who design and draw your interior are the same people who build and install it.
What is included

Spaces we fit out
Our work covers hotels and resorts (hotel fit-out), villas and private residences (Özlüce Villa), restaurants and cafés (Cafe Zenzero), offices and showrooms (Ergünler Administrative Building, Bürotime Showroom) and clinics (Aesthetic Hospital), in new buildings as well as renovations.
Why turnkey with an in-house manufacturer
In a typical fit-out the designer, the joinery workshop, the furniture supplier and the installers are separate companies, and every interface between them costs time. When design, production and installation are in one company, the detail resolved in the shop drawing is the detail that gets built, changes are carried through immediately and one party is responsible for the result.

We are based in Mudanya, Bursa and deliver turnkey projects across Turkey, including Istanbul, as well as international projects. For larger packages that need only manufacturing, see bespoke furniture and subcontract manufacturing.

No. We can design the interior ourselves or work to your architect’s design; in both cases production and installation stay with us.
It depends on the area, the scope and the level of finishes. After a site survey and brief we prepare a quote and a programme, and changes are priced before they are made.
It depends on the size and scope of the project. With the quote we give a programme covering design, approvals, production and installation.
