Arviprojects is a hotel furniture manufacturer based in Bursa, Turkey. In our own facility we produce guest room furniture, fixed joinery and public-area pieces for hotels and resorts, made to the architect’s design and to the exact finish of the approved sample.
Founded in 2019 by two architects with more than 35 years in the industry, we work where design and production meet: every drawing we receive is checked for buildability, detailed for series production, then manufactured, delivered and installed by our own team. Hotel investors get one accountable supplier; architects keep control of their design.
What we manufacture for hotels
A hotel interior is a repeated system: the same room built fifty or five hundred times, plus a handful of one-off spaces that shape the guest’s first impression. We manufacture both.

Built for the way hotels are used
Hotel furniture works harder than residential furniture. Edges are knocked by luggage and trolleys, surfaces are cleaned every day, and rooms are expected to look the same after years of use. We detail every piece with that in mind: robust edges and corners, hard-wearing lacquers and veneers, replaceable upholstery, concealed fixings and hardware chosen for heavy use.
Materials follow your project documents (veneers, lacquers, stone, metal and fabrics) and the fire-safety and code requirements set by your consultants are carried into production. Every finish is approved as a physical sample before series production starts.
From the architect’s design to a finished room
We work from your design intent, not instead of it. A typical hotel furniture project runs like this:
- Review of drawings, specifications and the bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Shop drawings with joints, hardware and finishes resolved at 1:1
- Material and finish samples for approval
- A mock-up room, so investor, operator and architect can sign off one complete room
- Series production in our Bursa facility, with quality checks at each stage
- Packing and labelling per room, and delivery planning
- Installation by our own teams, snagging and handover
Because drawing, production and installation sit in one company, a change approved on the mock-up room is carried into every room without losing time between suppliers.
Hotel projects in Turkey and abroad
Our hospitality work includes guest rooms, suites and public areas for city hotels and a mountain resort in Russia, from standard rooms to suites with open bathrooms and kitchenettes (see Hotel Rooms & Suites). We also develop concept work for boutique and resort hotels, where reception desks, seating and partitions are designed as fixed joinery from the start.
We take on hotel projects across Turkey and welcome international projects from Europe, the Middle East and the UK. We communicate in English, provide drawings and documentation for approval, and plan production and delivery around your opening date.

Yes. Most hotel projects come to us with design drawings and specifications from the architect or interior designer. We prepare shop drawings, propose technical improvements where needed and produce exactly to the approved design.
Yes. We recommend a mock-up room for every hotel project. It lets the investor, operator and design team approve materials, details and quality on one complete room before series production.
There is no fixed minimum. We work on boutique hotels as well as larger hotels and resorts, and plan the production programme to the size of each project.
Lead time depends on the number of rooms, the finishes and the approval process. With every quote we give a programme covering shop drawings, samples, mock-up, production and installation, planned back from your opening date.
Yes. We plan packing, labelling and logistics for international projects. Installation is carried out by our own team or coordinated with a local contractor, depending on the project.
Yes. Alongside fixed joinery we produce loose furniture (armchairs, sofas, benches, tables and sideboards), so the room package can come from one supplier. See our product gallery.
