Turnkey hotel
fit-out
A hotel fit-out brings many trades together on a fixed opening date. As a hotel fit-out contractor, Arviprojects takes responsibility for the interior package (design development, shop drawings, joinery and furniture manufacturing, installation and handover), so the investor deals with one partner instead of a chain of suppliers.
Because we manufacture in our own facility in Bursa, the parts of a hotel interior that most often cause delays (custom joinery, reception counters, guest room furniture and wall panelling) are produced and installed by the same company that drew them.

What a hotel fit-out with us includes
The scope is agreed per project. A typical turnkey hotel package covers:
- Guest rooms and suites: joinery, furniture, wall panelling, doors and bathroom vanities
- Lobby and reception: reception counter, feature walls, built-in seating and integrated lighting
- Restaurant, bar and breakfast areas
- Corridors, lift lobbies and other public areas
- Spa, wellness and pool area joinery
- Loose furniture (FF&E) produced in our facility and coordinated with the fixed joinery
- Wall panelling and ceilings, and coordination on site with the main contractor and other trades
For hotel investors and operators
You need the hotel open on time, within budget and to the brand standard. We give you a single contract for the interior, a programme planned back from the opening date and one point of contact. The mock-up room lets you and your operator approve the guest experience before production, and we report progress throughout production and installation.
For architects and main contractors
If the design is yours, we become the team that builds it. We work to your drawings and specifications, resolve details in shop drawings for your approval and keep the design intent intact on site. For main contractors we can take the complete interior package or specific work packages (joinery, furniture or wall panelling) as a subcontractor and manufacturing partner.
New hotels and renovations
We work on new-build hotels as well as refurbishments of operating hotels, where rooms are renovated floor by floor with minimum disruption. Because the joinery and furniture are produced in our facility before site work begins, time on site stays short.

Our facility is in Mudanya, Bursa, within easy reach of Istanbul and the Marmara and Aegean coasts. We take on hotel projects across Turkey, our hospitality work includes city and mountain resort hotels in Russia (Hotel Rooms & Suites), and we welcome projects from Europe, the Middle East and the UK. With furniture supply we manufacture and deliver the pieces; installation and coordination with other trades stay with you or your contractor. With a turnkey fit-out we take responsibility for the complete interior package (drawings, manufacturing, installation and handover) under one contract.
Yes. We follow the brand standards and design guidelines provided by the operator and the design team, and use the mock-up room to approve them before series production.
Yes. Renovations can be phased floor by floor or wing by wing. Most of the work is prepared in our facility, so time on site, noise and disruption are reduced.
Yes. We can develop the interior concept ourselves or work to the design of your own architect; in both cases manufacturing and installation stay with us.
We quote per project, based on drawings, a room schedule or BOQ and the level of finishes. The mock-up room can be quoted as a first stage, so quality is approved before the full order.
We are based in Mudanya, Bursa and work across Turkey, including Istanbul and the coastal resort regions, as well as on international projects.
